Our MSP (Managed Service Provider) Packages are suites of programs managed by us on behalf of your business! We have a range of MSP Packages available, each containing their own ‘special-sauce’ suite of services, so you can choose what works best for your business. The services in each of our MSP Package have been carefully selected and well tested, ensuring they work together seamlessly.
STEP 2: Choosing your Extras (Optional)
If the package you’ve selected is lacking key digital solutions your business requires, but they’re offered in another of our MSP Packages, speak to us about our bolt-on services, which we can attach on to your MSP Package for an extra fee, allowing you to fine tune your MSP Package to your own specific business needs and requirements.
STEP 3: Choosing your Credits (Optional)
Some of our MSP Packages may include Remote and/or Onsite Support as standard, so if something goes wrong, you’re only a phone call away from getting the help you need to have your issue resolved. However, if the package you’ve selected doesn’t include this, speak to us about our credit-pack services, which works as annual PAYG Support, with discounted rates over our Non-Contact Support.
