IOS And Android Compatibility

We provide a Softphone application (compatible with both IOS and Android devices) which allows you to both make and receive business calls on the go as well as from the desk phone in the office. This is also customisable, so we can tweak it to meet your requirements. You can read more about this in the sections below:

Making A Call

When making a call from your softphone app, your Caller ID will be the same business phone number allocated to your desk phone, showing up identically on the recipients device. This means you can appear to anyone you call as being in the office when at home, abroad or on the go, without the worry of using your mobile number to call customers, clients or partners.

Receiving A Call

When receiving a call to your desk phone in the office, you can have your softphone app set up to ring your mobile simultaneously. This means you can receive any incoming calls to your office phone when at home, abroad or on the go. To the caller, it will appear as through you’ve answered the call from the office, without your mobile number being visible. If you don’t want both phones to ring concurrently, you can also have the call redirect to your Softphone App rather than voicemail!
